By installing or using Super Samalkot (com.app.smartsamalkot) you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be 13+ to use the app.

2) Use of the app

Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Don’t interfere with the app’s operation or other users.

3) User content

You are responsible for any content (images/files/text) you submit. Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content solely to operate app features.

4) Ads, notifications, analytics

• Ads may be shown via AdMob.
• Notifications may be sent via FCM if enabled in your device settings.
• Analytics via Firebase helps improve stability and features.

5) Availability & changes

Features may change or be discontinued at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

6) Prohibited uses

• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to the app or its systems.
• Uploading malware, spam, or content violating others’ rights.
• Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the app.

7) Liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
